Those unlucky enough to be caught engaging in any sort of carnal pleasures are thought to be practicing witchcraft and in need of moral cleansing. Unfortunately, very few witches survive this cleansing process.
Imprisoned in convert torture chambers, all witches are subjected to merciless torment at ther hands of fiendish Government agents, aply known as Witch Hunters. The Witch Hunter's job is to capture and elicit confessions from suspected witches, as well as to punish them for their wicked crimes against nature. As you can imagine, most suspected witches are more that a little reluctant to admit to being one, but all of them confess in the end... if they can still speak.
Suck is the case of our pretty blonde heroine Candice Martin, whose exhibitionistic ways and free spirited sexuality have gotten her into a heap of trouble. Caught scandalously pleasuring herself on a moonlit park bench by an always vigilant Witch Hunter, she is arrested and brought in as a suspected witch. After a brief video arraignment by a computerized judge, pretty Candi is strip searched by the leering Witch Hunter, who intimately gropes her hot little body.
