Door’s “nudie travelogues” representing such evocative destinations as Singapore, Rome, Bali, the French Riviera, and Tahiti, and the Artist’s Models loops from Joe Bonica’s Vanity Films. Start off with Joanne Arnold in the aptly-titled Model of the Year, and you have the makings of a great selection. The Nice and Spice loops are well done, two of the set in the sunny rocks and canyons of SoCal. Among the Artist’s Models loops, watch for the little known but distinctive Bebe Hughes posing with a stunning backdrop at the Corriganville movie ranch. You’ll never watch a Western the same again. For a break from the usual modeling fare, Let’s Make Mary Moan depicts a girl-on-girl paddling session, and Action breaks new ground by showing a lovely nude banging pots together. Horror fans will especially enjoy model Gene’s “Eek! A squirrel!” moment in Terrified, and the video close with a color version of Aqua Nudes and its seven poolside dolls, including Candy Paige and centerfold Margie Harrison with her trademark hairbow.
