Initial Expectations: I’ve heard almost nothing negative about any of Private’s releases, so I have some high expectations for this DVD. Initial Reaction: Wow. There’s a couple things I’m disappointed with, but overall I’m really impressed. Audio /Video Quality: Both are very good, if not excellent. I had always heard that Private has the best transfer around and I’m tempted to believe them after watching this. There’s a little grain to the picture, but not that much. It noticeable here and there but most times you have to look for it. Also, The Pyramid 1 is presented in widescreen (I’m guessing about 1.66:1). It’s great to see widescreen making it’s way into the adult films and I hope to see it more in the future. The audio is excellent. This has one of the best balances between music, dialogue, and set sounds that I’ve heard. I’m a little upset with how the languages are handled, but that’s all I can complain about with the audio. Music: The music fits the scenes very well and is balanced great. Review: Finally. My first Private title. About all I knew to expect was a hard core movie with a lot of anal sex, a great transfer, and some great extras. The Pyramid 1 didn’t disappoint in any of these areas and also had a very good story. I’m sorry to say that I won’t be able to match most of the cast with the characters as the credits are in French (which I neither speak nor read). I was able to pick out a few, but not many. On the plus side, if you read French, The Pyramid 1 has a great set of credits at the end covering everybody in the film. Thank you Private. The first chapter in The Pyramid starts out in the forbidden ruins of an Egyptian city where William (David Perry) and Elysabeth (Angelica Mirai) search for an ancient treasure map. They barely find it before the police arrive to try and stop them. William and Elysabeth would rather not find out if Egyptian jails are better or worse than the local Motel 6, so they make a break for it. The police of course chase them, and are only deterred when a cobra comes between them and the archeologists. Meanwhile, a female American tourist arrives in a nearby city and hires a boy to take her on a boat trip on the Nile. The police decide that since they can’t catch the archeologists, they might as well go see a girl on Mount Sinai who’ likes to have some fun. Before the American girl (Kristina) goes on the boat, the boy, who’s name I understood to be Mahlood, takes her back to what most of us would refer to as the boat house. Surprisingly, he wants to bang her brains out and she’s always wanted to sleep with an Egyptian. Kristina is a very good looking blonde with a natural body. She really reminds me of Christina Applegate and why most guys watched Married With Children . This is a pretty good scene and it makes use of the surroundings without looking too uncomfortable ( a lot of it looked like rough bales of hay). As with most Private scenes, there’s a little of everything and quite a bit of anal sex. Kristina really takes a great facial and looks at the camera afterwards as she runs her tongue around his population pudding all around her mouth. As cheesy as this can sometimes look, almost all of the girls do this in the movie and they all have it down to an art form. While William and Elysabeth hope to find a boat to take them to Cairo, the three policemen find Lady Jasmine (I’m sorry, but this is one of the many people in the cast I don’t know), who’s excited and a great tease. The guys aren’t too happy when she goes to run away after teasing her, so they chase her down. She doesn’t put up much of a fight when they catch her. This is kind of a different scene as almost the entire focus is on Lady Jasmine. We barely see above the policemen’s waists, and the moment we do, they’re all wearing turbans and have their faces covered. I couldn’t help but think that this must be the Egyptian equivalent of Ed Powers, Randy West, and Dick Nasty. If so, thank you for keeping their faces, and much of the rest of their bodies I should add, covered. The archeologists see Mahlood helping Kristina off his boat and hire him to take them to Cairo. Before they go, Mahlood wants to take care of some things at home. Mahlood’s wife (who once again I do not know) is thrilled to have guests and must be part psychic as she’s prepared a huge meal out of a crocodile that takes up most of the table. The narrator tells us that crocodile is a delicacy here, but unfortunately, I couldn’t understand the dialogue here. All I can do is assume that William and Elysabeth were questioning Mahlood and his wife on whether it tastes like chicken or not. After the meal, they offer William and Elysabeth another delicacy of meat. They refuse until they learn that Mahlood is the meat. This was probably my favorite scene in the movie, although several other scenes are close behind it. The wife starts things out sucking off Mahlood until Elysabeth and William agree to join in. At that point, Elysabeth gives both men blow jobs while Mahlood’s wife dances around them. Both Mahlood and William share their wives with each other liberally, but the wives don’t interact too much with each other. There’s a little rug munching, but not much. Finally, each man blows his load on the other man’s wife’s face. It’s really a great ending to the scene. Three days later, William and Elysabeth follow their map in Sakara’s ruins near the Djesers pyramid. They know they’re getting close when they find a statue of Ramases, and soon after find a sarcophagus full of treasure. One of the things that catches their eye most is a casket for a mummy. They can’t resist opening it, and when they do they find a beautiful girl (Tania Russof) who looks like she’s sleeping. William can’t resist touching her, and she wakes when he does. The girl, who is referred to as Amoress, tells him not to be afraid and then tells her story. She was a kind of goddess of giving pleasure who was very close to the Pharaoh. Pharaoh’s wife was very jealous of her and had her put in the tomb. Her story flashes back to the baths in ancient times and how she would pleasure the Pharaoh (Richard Langin), who she said was a great lover. Most of the action takes place in the bath itself, with at least one of them in the water at all times. It’s a kind of interesting scene and one that you won’t see done in American adult films. Perhaps I should say that you won’t see it done as well as it is here. There’s a lot of heat here, and the only thing that detracts from it is Pharaoh’s shoe- polish beard. Richard does a great job as the Pharaoh here and keeps his full kingly garb on throughout the scene. William is very moved by Amoress’s story and asks if he can take part of the treasure back to the Minister to convince him to protect it. Amoress doesn’t care about the treasure and only wants to see how the world has changed. The Minister (Alain Deloin) is amazed at the small statue that William and Elysabeth brought back and promises to get the political wheels moving to protect the treasure. Unbeknownst to William and Elysabeth, the Minister wants to keep the treasure all for himself. At their hotel, William, Elysabeth, and Amoress discuss how times have changed until William’s friend brings he and Elysabeth some new traditional Egyptian clothing. William changes and goes to the market with his friend to shop for something for Elysabeth leaving the girls to talk. Shopping was probably just an excuse if the girls were talking. Even with just two women, I’m pretty sure that the Egyptian market might be easier on William’s ears. William starts shopping for some jewelry for Elysabeth, and his friend claims he knows a great place to find some. The shopkeeper seems to have a better idea what they might like and shows them her mesh undergarments. They are both interested and take her on the shop floor. This is a pretty typical scene with some good hardcore action. The shopkeeper does a great job taking on both guys and their loads. Next, we see a guy minding his harem, which is said to be fairly common in Egypt. The Minister arrives to forget about his troubles, as the beautiful women here probably do a better job than any American psychologist. Apparently, the treasure is quite troublesome as he chooses many women before we learn that we must watch The Pyramid 2 to see the action. As my first Private title, I am very impressed with Private as a studio. It’s not for the faint of heart as the sex is very hardcore, with every scene having anal and every group scene having a double penetration. Amazingly, as much effort seems to be put into building a good story as is into having great hardcore sex. As I said earlier, The Pyramid 1 is presented in the widescreen format. Unlike most adult films, it adds a lot here. There are some beautiful sets and a lot would have been lost if Mr. Woodman would have shot for full screen instead of widescreen. This gives me a lot of hope for some of the other Private titles such as Kruger Park and the other African films. My main complaint about The Pyramid 1 is how the dialogue is handled with the multiple languages. The dialogue is all in French, which is great if you speak French (which I don’t). If you use one of the other audio language options, you still hear the French dialogue, but every so often you also hear a narrator tell you what’s going on in the movie. This really upset me. From what I could gather, The Pyramid 1 seemed to have a great plot going for it, and most plots, be they good or bad, benefit from being able to understand what’s people are saying. In The Pyramid 1 there’s an extreme amount of dialogue. Most of the people barely stop talking during sex, and it wasn’t the same line over and over again where you think you figured out how to say “Fuck me harder you man-beast!”. It wouldn’t be quite so bad if the subtitles would cover the dialogue. I checked out the subtitles to see if they covered the dialogue, and they did. The only problem with reading the subtitles is they’re only available in Dutch. So if can either speak French (or more importantly understand French) or read Dutch, add two full points to the audio and video rating and a full point to the overall rating.

Я немного ошибся. Скачал отдельно дорогу, а она оказалась такой же как в фильме.
Жаль, но думаю что фильмов на наш век еще хватит над которыми можно поработать...-Народ, пишите комменты, как фильм, как сюжет? Действительно скучновато стало раздачи делать, где некому даже написать пару слов
Под вывеской Марк Дорсель снимало куча разных режиссеров. Так что это бренд, а не режиссер.

Надо полагать, это к голосованию в шапке. При чем, правильное замечание, Марк Дорсель сейчас именно брэнд, так что преобладающее кол-во голосов не совсем корректно.-А что касается непосредственно фильма, то лично я ищу любое задействование актрисы Linda где бы то ни было. Знаю, что до этой Пирамиды она проходила кастинг у Вудмана в Private Castings X10 (в самом конце "фильма"). Если кто-нибудь видел ее еще где-нибудь, просьба сообщить, желательно в ЛС.
