С Маком, к сожалению, я не знаком. Потому, какие программы там делают скринлисты затрудняюсь ответить.
В теме Как изготовить скриншот к своей раздаче описано как сделать отдельные скриншоты в VLC Media Player (VideoLan). В принципе 8 штук полнорамерных скришотов, согласно правил оформления в разделе, достаточно для того, чтобы раздача прошла проверку.
