My name is Bailey. I just turned 18 years old. I was born in Santa Monica and moved up to the Bay Area when I was about 4 years old. I often visit Orange County to visit my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other family. Exploring Disneyland, laying on Huntington Beach, and shopping are among some of my favorite things to do when I visit. My immediate family resides in the South Bay. My immediate family consists of my mom, dad, two veternal twin sisters, myself, and our dog Daphne. My mom is a full time musician. Whether she is organizing a choir, playing organ at church or a funeral, or playing for patients at some of our local hospitals; she is constantly playing or making music. My dad works as a computer programer and takes care of my sisters at home. My two twin sisters are some of the most lively girls you could ever meet. One of my sisters is a gymnast. She competes in national tournaments with her team of 3 girls. My other sister competes at a national level in archery. Both of them are extremely creative. They love to make sketches, costumes, and about anything else they can think of. My dog is a black lab and she has enough energy in her for the entire family. She is spoiled with constant love, attention, and daily hour long walks. I live on my own about 20 minutes north from them with my orange tabby cat, Luigi. Luigi is extremely playful and loves to spend his days roaming around the great outdoors.
As of now, I work with a science education program. We work with kids ages 4-12. We are a mobile program that do birthday parties, camps, classes, school events, private tutoring, and even some coorporate events. The program consists of hundreds of hands on expirments. The expirements we do teach people the basics of chemistry, nature science, biology, physics, and much more. Previously, I was a hostess at a restaurant and worked at Abercrombie. With the science program and my modeling, I am always very busy. When I do have spare time, I like to swim, cook, and go out with friends.My friends and I love to go to concerts, shop, explore the city, or kick back on the beach. Living in the Bay Area is great because I live in between San Francisco and Santa Cruz. There area always ways to keep myself entertained. Whenever I have the chance, I love to travel, meet knew people, and try new things. I am also a black belt in Tae Kwan Doe. I earned my black belt, after 4 years of training, about 5 years ago.Tae Kwan doe not only taught me how to defend myself but it taught me the values of discipline, respect, and perseverance. I also spend time volunteering at different places around the Bay Area. I have worked at my mom's church running the nursery, organized clothes and food at Sacred Heart Community Center, served food at Soup Kitchens, and more. Volunteering taught me about compassion, empathy, and responsibilty to serve the community. In addition, I also enjoy singing. I was lucky enough to receive a little bit of my mom's music genes. When I was younger, I did a lot of musical theatre and was in my school's choir. From the musical theatre, I also gained an interest in dance. The arts taught me how to perform, how to audition, and self-confidence. I love to stay active and be on my feet at almost all times. However, sometimes it is nice to take a break and relax. Whenever I feel like relaxing, I often like to go in the hot tub, watch movies, or just talk to friends.
I like to live my life with a lot of diversity. Starting new projects, mastering new skills, or picking up new hobbies are what thrive me. When it comes down to it, what I really love the most is learning new things. Although I have been taught many valuable virtues from all of my activities,the most precious lesson I have learned from of all is to always try experimenting with new things. Shooting a video like this is a perfect example. Working with FTV has been a great experience for me. I was thrilled to be treated so respectfully and be able to show off my talents on camera. Dancing, working out, or practicing Tae Kwan Doe are all things that I enjoy very much. Show casing those and going on a day adventure was a blast!
