Даже при наличии этого файла в раздаче, торрент не скачивает его, видимо это связано с тем, что он весит 0 байт.
Главное, чтобы в шапке темы отмечалось, что нужен этот файл для игры.
Хотя можно в нём пропистать например 12345 тогда этот файл уже не будет весить 0 байт, а игра при этом также запускается нормально и скорее всего он будет скачиваться торрентом тоже без проблем.
