Была такая мысля но не думаю что всё так банально,поскольку полистал ShemaleStarDB по тегу Бразилия и там такие крокодилы со звездами попадались что звездочками их назвать язык не повернётся.
Я думаю что скорее какая то определенная каста проституток,которую прикрывает та или иная группировка.Или определенная прослойка,дорогая или под чьим нибудь покровительством.
Но зная что колют всякую хрень или чтобы удивить ничему не удивлюсь.Как у Джесси Дубай например глаза в паховой области.
