■あらすじ
少女・辻宮 日向(ツジミヤ ヒナタ)が目を覚ますと、そこは病院のベッドだった。
病室を抜け出すヒナタだったが、途中、院内でゾンビに襲われてしまう。
そこに女医・大端 怜香(オオハタ レイカ)が現れ、救出されるも
「ウィルス流出事故があり、ヒナタ自身もゾンビに襲われた影響で感染している」とレイカの口から告げられる。
「地下にいるエドワード博士なら何とかできるかもしれない。」とレイカに教えられ、
ヒナタは地下を目指しつつ、病院からの脱出を図るのだが……
■ゲーム内容
クリーチャーに接触するのを回避したり、時に戦ったりしながら
クリーチャーが徘徊する病院内からの脱出をする事が目的のゲームとなっています。
敵に接触すると戦闘になり、マップ上で拾った武器やアイテムを使って戦います。
戦闘で敵を倒すとアイテムが手に入る事がありますが、
レベルアップはないため戦闘自体にあまりメリットはありません。
どちらかというと敵の動きを観察して見つからないようにしたり、
病院内の設備などを使って敵を誘導し、回避していったりするようなスニーキングがメインとなっています。
ただし、途中で避けられない戦闘もあります。
基本的に戦闘に敗北したり、あきらめたりするとHシーンになります。
シチュエーションは、異種姦メインで、他、搾乳、出産などがあります。

■戦闘システム
・戦闘は、コマンド選択式のターン制バトルになります。
・武器には耐久度があり、使いすぎると壊れてしまいます。
・アイテムを使う事で、戦闘を有利に進められます。
(敵の注意をそらしたり、ひるませた状態で攻撃すると、急所攻撃になり、ダメージを多く与えられます )
・集中力があり、プレイヤーに有利な行動(攻撃を当てるなど)をすると回復、不利な行動(逃亡に失敗するなど)をすると、下がります。
下がると、攻撃が当たりにくくなる、戦闘から逃亡しにくくなるなど不利になります。
・発情度が一定値を超えると集中力の最大値が下がります。
また、発情度が最大になると絶頂状態になり、一定ターン動けなくなります。
・周辺を探ることで集中力が回復し、またアイテムや突破口が見つかる事があります。
