For the endings where you sail home, there's an extra little scene that appears if you've met the volcano's boss, which coincidentally appears to be the only boss you can escape a "game over" aftermath from. This scene is longer and has dialogue if you've also met a different demon in the ruins. You'll need a minimum of 30k Dell for any of the endings, as they're all triggered by purchasing a ticket at the harbor.
The endings are listed in order of priority, so for example: If you've met the conditions to stay with Heinz, you'll be asked to choose whether or not to stay with him before you're abducted by Lord d'Aigues if you've worked for him 7+ times, and you'll always be abducted by d'Aigues before you can be sold as a slave by the brothel owner if you meet the conditions for both endings.
Stay Ending: This one will take the longest, since you'll need to have gone through most of the game's content first: You need to have defeated the ruins boss and successfully left the structure, which will trigger a switch that will finally let you offer to pay back Heinz's 500 Dell loan. Choose to do so, and during the events that follow, choose to have sex with Heinz. This will flip a different switch that will make it so that when you purchase the ticket, an event will occur that will let you decide to stay with Heinz. As far as I can tell, there's no other way for this last switch to be flipped in regular gameplay.
Mistress Ending: Work for Lord d'Aigues 7 or more times before purchasing a ticket back home. Speak to the butler that will appear in the north-western part of town after you've collected your reward from the guild's first job. You can only work for him once at that point, but the butler will reappear and stick around after you've beaten the volcano's boss.
Slave Ending: Work at the underground brothel 8 or more times. To access this area, you'll first need to have your health drop below 25% so you can speak to a sailor at the harbor and get free fish. Use this fish to feed a cat that appears in the south-eastern corner of the town after you've entered the house Heinz loaned you at least once to get a Moon Medal. You can use this item to enter the building closest to the cat's former position. Once this is done, most of the underground is available to you; you'll be able to approach the brothel after you've received your first reward from the guild, where you'll see an event. If you manage to pay the 20k Dell needed to circumvent your first encounter with the brothel owner, you will be locked out from this ending because you will subsequently refuse to approach the area. Note that once you've agreed to work at the brothel, you will have to do so twice more as you'll refuse to board otherwise.
Normal Ending: Lose your virginity, but don't let either the sex with demons or sex with humans counters reach 100 or above. Please note that the individual demons and humans you can become a victim to will raise the numbers by different amounts and can also change depending on the event you view.
Baby (D) Ending: Have your sex with demons counter reach or exceed 100, whilst keeping your sex with humans counter at either below or the same value.
Baby (H) Ending: Have your sex with humans counter reach or exceed 100. Your sex with demons counter must be lower than the sex with humans counter, as the game will give priority to demonic pregnancy.
Happy Ending: Keep your virginity up until you're ready to board the boat. Believe it or not, there are still H events you can view while aiming for this ending. On the other hand, there's some you must avoid underground: Don't sleep at the cheap inn, and don't examine the crouching man in the alley whilst your health is below 25%. These two events flip an "Auto Determination" flag that disqualifies you from this ending, even though you avoid being deflowered.
