By the forum rules, minimum quantity of the frames on the screenlist is 16. So if You will make screenlist with 3 frames in the row, You will need 2 rows more to get 18 frames, or to make it in 4x4 mode, but You have to remember, that minimum width of each frame on the screenlist is 280 px, and if You will use 4x4 mode, You will need to set screenlist's width to 1200 px.

Below is some guide for You:
1. You have use correct settings before to start upload, and they are:
Content Type: Adult Content
Thumbnail: 300x300 pixel (resized)
Everything else You can set like on the picture below:
and only then push the
[Start upload] button.
2. When uploading is finished, You will get the links for the publishing your pictures elsewhere,
so You have to find BB-CODE section and press
[Copy] button in the right upper corner, and then to paste it to your distribution decoration.
